Here are some of the guidelines to keep in mind:

1. This guarantee applies only to ad campaigns, yearly marketing plans (farms, sphere, email newsletters, etc), PPC & SEO. One time mailers are not included because TC knows that all marketing needs a commitment of at least one year in order for it to be effective. One time mailers are the largest source for wasted funds within the marketing industry.
2. Six month and one year goals will be set for your marketing material. If after six months, we have not met that goal, we will begin the re-design at that time. We will not change anything until that time.
3. You must do what we recommend on all designs and re-designs. We won't guarantee your ideas. We guarantee our ideas.
4. We will re-design at no cost to you if we have not met pre-set goals. You will be responsible for all fulfillment and design costs prior to that time.
5. We HIGHLY recommend you have a logo, brand, tag line and USP set prior to creating a marketing plan. If you don't know what makes you better than your competition, than how are you clients suppose to? More importantly, how are we suppose to tell them?
